Hello from VA
« on: July 05, 2017, 01:45 PM »
I am not very experienced at woodworking but I really enjoy it. Like many others I finally took the plunge and joined the Festool family. I have the Domino 500Q and the 498899 Tenons and Cutters Systainer. I also talked myself into it, could have saved 10% if I had ordered at the same time and just ordered the MFT/3 and assorted accessories. I look forward to learning from all the experience on this forum.

Thanks guys. I added my location and age to my profile. I have a small shop, 1 bay of a 3 bay garage, that I have to share with my yard equipment and ZTR mower. I have all my tool mounted on mobile basses, so I can move the mower out and then move whatever machine I am currently working on where I need it. I was unable to do any woodworking for quite a while, due to some medical issues, but I am better now and can start getting back in the shop. In addition to the Festool goodies, I just added a Bosch CDM10, T4B gravity rise stand miter saw setup and a Jet 22-44OSC drum sander to my other tools, to complete my shop.
