I will be there Friday and Saturday. My hotel room has been booked for sometime and I don't think I can change my schedule to make it up Thursday too.

The tools in my truck were talking the other day.  The Dewalts, PC's, Boschs, Makitas were not happy.  They also were in the minority.  Their complaint:  They felt unused and unappreciated since the Festools moved in.  I guess the truth hurts.

Is it me and I am unable to locate what I need, or has JLC fallen down and not posted a schedule of clinics and vendor-booth cross reference?  Unsure

In years past we would get the schedule of clinics and plan everything accordingly.

Thanks.

Yeah..., Unfortunately, or not, I do not have a cell phone that supports apps.  Besides, the Sessions and Times PDF from past years was way more intuitive and much easier to put to use.  The four of sitting around an app looking at who was presenting what and when, and then using the app to locate the vendors we have an interest, and then, and then...

Apps are fine as far as they go.  But, in my opinion, that's not far enough.

What a great time!  Got a chance to see abunch of Fog members and other Festool users.  Saw the things announced today for sale in June as well as the Planex.  The dust extraction on that is fabulous.  We even got a special preview of it not using dust collection.

Brian, Rick, Brent, and Michael put on a great show and time.  Unfortunately I have come to he conclusion that every wireless network around me is cursed so i can't post much now.

Two more days of the show. If you can make it - do it.

Festool Connect was great beside meeting people from the fog face to face and sharing stories with each other,Festool put on a great event, showed us some of the new incoming toys, Planex, Syslite, The Big Brother of the Domino  XL700, the Sure Fix Finish System and just generally made us aware of whats going on.

In the afternoon Brian took us through some useage of the TS Saws for sheet good, the parallel guides and face fame application and building.   Thumbs Up

Overall it was great, I hope now that the door has been opened they do it again next year.   Thanks

So Dave, Lucas and I go out into the city of Providence last night for some fun. Dave and I had gone out the previous night checking out the city's bars and clubs so we had a little idea of where to go. Lucas on the other hand was going full steam ahead and blind. Get ready to choke on your breakfast and land on the floor in a histerical uproar.

I did like the previous night. Looked through the window and said there's no point going in there. It's all guys. Lucas wouldn't listen so in he goes and I follow along with Dave behind me. Heavy guy at the door greets us inside, "Hi guys!" and Lucas plows ahead and past the line at the bar while I notice how something's not right and keep trying to stop Lucas from going further. It's all guys. They are looking at us kind of funky and then I see some (men dressed as women) while I'm trying to get Lucas to stop walking in even further. We're already half way into this bar. I finally get him to listen and get him out as fast as possible while all three of us are cracking up.

Lucas, you know how to pick 'em! -- The Stable
