Started this but boat yard has opened and delayed completion, thankfully customer is a boat owner in my boat yard and understands the delay

Yes on the finishing, Using Watco Cherry Stain followed by Watco Wiping Poly .
Doors are done need to be installed.
The center Unit has raised panel doors upper and lower. The outside units have glass doors upper and glass shelves and raised panel on the lower doors.
The outside units will have LED down lighting to display the china

Sal, looking great thus far.
Are your boxes domino'd together? Appears that you attach face frames with dominos from what I can tell?
Also wondering how your shelves are suspended as they don't appear to be on adjustable shelf pins - I do see your Kreg case so pocket holes from below perhaps?

Yeh - could have played some symmetry with the pieces on the left and second right top rails. Nice stuff though - HUGE cabinet ! |

I often wonder why people get funny about seeing sapwood or knots in a real timber piece of furniture, it just seems oxymoronic! I like that you included those pieces in the build, though I suspect some of it will be hidden by a crown mould/cornice  Please post the conclusion to this project when the boating madness calms down  ( Been there, the mad rush to get boats back into the water, repaired, upgraded and freshly anti-fouled....  ) Rob.
