Tile Saw Case Insert

Had to protect such a nice tool from the chaos of truck beds and storage racks. I'd like to try the spray foam custom insert on this guy but the shape makes it nerve racking. Thinking about building a mock up box roughly half the height for easier access while seating.
Thoughts?
