Bit of cooking fun (the Canadian way)
« on: January 15, 2018, 06:31 PM »
Well had some fun this summer with my home built rotissorie experiment. We get these metal bins at work that parts from NZ come in and they kinda get thrown out, so decided to make a rotissorie out of them. Had so much fun cooking , chicken, lamb and prime rib that I even cooked at -14 deg c in winter. Its just the Canadian way, The rat guards the meat, lol.

As of 10/17 I am out of the Dog business and pursuing other distractions. Thanks for a fun ride!
