Another little fun project! Just some pictures of the material which was delivered friday! I went over to day! Sunday!!!!  So check if everything is all their and started setting it out on the grass!   Plenty of wood for a play area  |

Kid not kids lol. Well it's ALL screwed together heco structural screws and stainless screws for decking and cladding so it should all come down easily enough. He said 6years or so life span of the play area. He said I could have it for cheap when he is done with it but don't know where I could stick that lol it's massive. Their is so much more work to do on it I really underestimated the time on this job. Still got another roof to add on the middle module and all braces to fix and all climbing walls to build and swings to make and fix clad the other roof still..........list goes on! Jmb Jmb |

No not next to the slide under Neath. Looks like its attached to the sheet of chip board to lift it up I think no?

The chip board needs to be painted. It covers the sandbox. My wife does not want any cats to visit the sand box, so it is covered. The rope is used to open a secure the top when in use. |

how do you normally get up to where the ladder is going. is there a stairs missing
I normally have my Kapex with UG stand BUT its stopped working!!! Not cus its broken luckily but the plug needs replacing and I havent got round to doing it! So my mate got his crappy chop saw out and when I say crappy it is crappy! Ask Dean Social! I think I can cut wood faster by hand than that stupid dewalt thing! In the Middle their is a hole and hand rail around I have ordered some 36mm ROPE from http://www.traditionalropecompany.co.uk/ (who is very help full) which hopefully is coming 2 moro and then next week ill be making a rope ladder with wooden strings and thread it through. I just thought it would be different than wooden treads. JMB |

haahaa yeah! I recon I could spin the blade faster with my hand. Not sure what model it is, never took interest cus I hate using the thing. I hate setting the bevel. I hate carrying it its big and heavy. I hate its slow cutting power. I hate the entire thing horrible thing. I keep telling my mate the best thing to do with that is throw it in a skip. JMB |

O/k, what I really mean is - did you give the The TI 15 a whirl Richard Heee hee yes this is the job I used the Ti15 on unfortunately had built 75% of the main structure before I received the Ti15 a delivery problem but their was still plenty of 180mm long 8mm heco screws to screw in and 80mm 8mm. Also plenty of 60mm deck screws and 40mm and 50mm regular stainless screws. I recon it has cost about £600 in screws or more for this job lol. So the Ti15 had a good all rounder to give it a good test. Drills used on this job: Festool= Ti15. T15. 2x T18 Milwuakee = 2x M18 impact. M18 Drill Makita = 18v Impact. 18v drill. Panasonic = 14.4 impact So their where a few drills used on this job! The most used drills where the T15 and T18 and where the most favaurite all round drills to use. |

Wow - £600+ on screws.
Thanks for info. I think it helps me, even more, appreciate your review of Ti15; very useful for anyone interested in the drill, as tested on real world sort of 'middle of the road' job (drilling / driving wise) - nothing too extreme.

Working on this other job for few months now so I dont really know the clients on this other job apart from working on the job! Well I know its not that odd to have full access to clients accounts in timber merchants etc which I have with these client so I just get screws and wood when ever but just a couple days ago they gave me their credit card details So I can just buy stuff from the internet which I might need for the job to get it done how I want to do it. I did joke and say ill be getting my self some nice new Festool tools JMB |

I do!!! lol Just when you been helping me on jobs my Kapex Plug end was broken and I didnt bother rushing to fix it! Cus on every one of my jobs its about 80% my tools and 20% others so I thought ill let the others get their tools out for once  JMB |

Not really sure to be honest! Just worked on it when I had the time. Dean has helped also ! Didnt ya Deano!!!
So... I started it before I went on Holliday couple months ago now is it?! Client is pretty patient although sometimes I do get a txt asking when ill be done please!
