whell, This is post in english
Video are not in English but guess what, their is others langages on this planet.
I suggest you use the "mute button" fi it is to hard on you & just "read".
If it is to fast for you, you could use the "pose" button.

Or simply do not view my video & look at all the others 99.99% that are in English.

I offert you 3 solutions: pick one.
