These items snuck onto my local Festool dealer's shelves (Northern Abrasives, Sydney NSW)http://www.devon.com.cn/en/product.php?about=1&s=3&id=9http://www.devon.com.cn/en/product.php?about=1&s=3&id=1
They seemed relatively cheap, well made and the accuracy is acceptable to me.
I suppose the only way I can judge their actual accuracy is to compare them to what I have, so I can't see that I'll be able to deem them as being anything more that "just OK" (though they could be great!).http://www.devon.com.cn/en
is a very poor web site. They also seem to do a wide range of other power tools that look typical of big discount superstore cheapies, including a peculiar looking lithium bandsaw. I wouldn't be tempted to touch the tools with moving parts ... but the tools I chose looked alright, time will tell if I've got a bargain.
I'd be very interested to know if anyone has tried these and if so, their thoughts. I'd also be curious regarding other brand names selling the same stuff ... Chinese manufacturers are notorious for selling the same stuff with many different brand labels.
