Just received this notification. Has anyone had any experience with this?  Your thoughts?

There is no sound so pounding on the volume key won't help much.  [big grin]

Looks pretty useful for one-off stuff. Not sure I'd want to use it for a run of cabinets tho. I could make use of it this week as I need to use dominoes but can't afford the machine for a while. Wonder what the price for the US market will be?
CT 26E, RO125, sys-mft, sys-toolbox, a bunch of 30 year old tools I'm looking to replace.

That is exactly why I made the jig, When you need those joints for a few pieces. If you need for example dominoes on a daily base, then it speaks for it self that you would buy a domino machine.

Shipping to US is free on orders from €100. You can put the currency into Dollars, but checkout is always in Euros (due to laws in Finland).

You can find more info here and there is also a link to the instructions.
Please do note that this jig is based on European standards and the system 32, which is fairly unknown outside of Europe.
This might result in this being a complicated product and might not be the right product for people outside of Europe.

It looks like a nice setup. I also like the all aluminum construction.  [smile]

It's not inexpensive as the total for a DF 500 kit is $503 with carbide insert bits and $633 with solid carbide bits.

As I have both Dominos, I'm more interested in the hinge or dowel insert sets. The dowel set at $478, could be an alternative to the Mafell Duo Dowel tool if you don't do a lot of dowel work. The Mafell tool with the same range of 5-6-8-10-12 mm dowels is $1403.

Thanks for the nice words! I do my best although its not always easy! Especially with a product like this when all continents have different approaches to woodworking and how things are done.

Thanks! Yeah the precision engineering and machining on this has been sometimes a massive head scratcher. Especially when it went into production mode. But happy it came out great and it works and is accurate as it should be.

I think it should also be said that you've done a good job  [thumbs up]  in finding and sourcing the proper cutters for each insert. That makes this whole thing a lot easier to justify. It's been my experience that when others offer jigs/fixtures for sale, it becomes the purchasers job to source any cutters needed.

Ive made a 15 minute introduction video about the jig on why I made it and what it can do an how it can help some people.
Sorry for my English, I was a bit nervous! Ive tried my best on putting the subtitles on it (just activate them in the video where the CC is) . Hope the video helps!

I will do a few more by going a bit better into depth for each insert and doing the actual machining once I have more time.
