Anyone own one of these ........Hitachi NR90GC2
Looks good from most reviews , I've always used paslodes in the past which are usually good but these look good and pricewise are better.

Can't comment on the first fix one your on about but my mate has the second fix one and it's crap! The batteries are really poor! They don't last long and he has had to get them sent back for new ones.
When I was using the second fix I didn't really like it! Plus it's soooo ugly looks like an alien The first fix one looks just as ugly lol.

Jmb , I think I know the one you're talking about , they're exactly the same as the bostitch one. A young lad who works with us has the bostitch straight finish nailer and its been back twice to be fixed and its still not right. Pile of crap...
These 1st fix hitachi guns seem to get really good reviews though.

A plumber i work with has one. He asked me to clean it for him as he had never cleaned it since he owned it... It was absolutely pitted inside but still worked fine.. If my Paslode was in that state it would not of worked..

i have the hitachi, its the only framing gun ive ever had so cant compare it to anything but it has done me fine for the last few years, ive had the odd few double nail shots but no problems with it as such
