Milwaukee 2734 10" Sliding Compound Miter Saw

I've been on the hunt for a good alternative to a Kapex and my mind keeps wandering back to this one released a year ago.
Nice that it's got the LED blade shadow cut line indicator as they never need adjustment and it throws a lot of light on the cut area.
47lb with a battery is a nice weight for portability. Dust collection mediocre.

I'm really looking for something accurate, mostly for cross cutting a lot of 2x4, 2x6, and 1x4 up to 1x12.

I was looking at the Makita LS1019L, but suspicious of the blade deflection / head tracking issue I keep hearing about and wonder if it's related to the way the rails are oriented on it vs the typical side by side rail layout in Kapex and others. It seems like there would be more chance of side to side movement with the Makita. Maybe I'm better off just going with a 12" non-slider for accuracy and cutting 1x12 with my tracksaw? I hate how much time it's taking to find something I'm more confident in buying!
