New lathe extension
« on: May 29, 2008, 11:03 PM »
After doing a job for a couple 8ft porch columns (had to do them as two-piece turnings), I decided to upgrade my lathe to handle these type of jobs as ONE piece. With the new 60" extension plus the small 17" extension, I now have the ability to turn 113" between centers. It will make future jobs go alot faster (and therefore more profitable).
