Hi there,
Don't think that is the right term for what I am trying to say but hopefully someone can put me right. Basically it is a sanding disc for a sander/polisher with 4 independently rotating smaller discs and I don't know what to call it.  Would be really grateful for any tips...
Thank you

Hi,  Welcome to the forum Smiley

Any chance that you have a picture of one, or is the probablem that you can't find one without the name?  I can picture what you are talking about but I don't know a specific name either.    Wish I could help. I am sure someone on this forum will be able too.

Are you talking about a floor machine or a hand held?

There is a four head floor sander/polisher called the predator.

I have seen hand held polishers with 2 heads - cyclo makes one.
There are others also.

Try searching for a planetary sander/polisher

Something like this? And yes, I know it has only three discs, not four.

More info (in Dutch) on the website of Ferm.

Those smaller ones, do the individual discs swivel to follow contours like a philishave electric razor?
I did see a bigger version but it's just meant to sand larger surfaces quicker: like this one (with demostration video)
Or do you mean an add-on to convert a single disc sander?
