I've got a Stihl FS 90 R edge trimmer (string) and I'm looking for the FCS edger attachment (blade for edging garden beds and at sidewalk). It seems to be discontinued. The dealers around me have the FCS-KM edge attachment for the Combi unit. Any ideas? I'm hoping some dealer has NOS. I know this is a long shot, but I thought it was worth a try. I look at Stihl as the Festool of lawn equipment.
Thanks, Kevin

Did you try calling a few different dealers?  I just picked up a new blower and was looking at the Kombi system.

I agree STIHL makes some amazing equipment!  I picked up the KM 130 R late last summer Big Grin.  I'm assuming you're just looking for the tool-head (minus the Kombi shaft)?  It's my understanding you can buy the Kombi attachments and remove the tool-head to attach to the standard trimmer shaft. You wind up paying a little extra for the Kombi shaft but it's not much.

Two words... Redmax Recipricator.  Stihl quality, but much safer....

Wow, that's really cool! I never knew anything like this existed... It seems it's been out for a few years too. I'm in too deep on Kombi attachments otherwise I'd consider one.
