I don't think the "one time " tools are just that.  I think they do them again a few years down the line.  Silly not to really !

I have really liked pretty much all of the Woodpecker's measuring tools. I have had a couple that I wasn't completely happy with but it was more my personal use than anything else. There are plenty of other brands of excellent measuring tools, but these really seem to be designed for us woodworkers. Easy to read, no maintenance, top notch quality, accurate. The scales are consistent across the line. In other words you can switch tools and not worry that about a rule or square matching up.

Of the regular line some good and useful choices are ....

Woodworking Rules

12" and 32" T-Squares

Precision Triangles

Of the One Time Tools.....

The small T - Squares

Any of the really large Squares

Set Up Blocks

Saddle Squares

Bevel Triangles

You will probably have to wait for special runs to get metric of anything.

Seth,
thanks for your thoughts, I see from your new drawer you are a big fan,  I guess the Bar Gauge gets a lot of use and those saddle square's too.
What I am trying to do, is to find what you guys have found to be most useful and couldn't live without sort of thing
Did you get your folding rule ?

The story stick is excellent and very useful. The 12" square is essential. I also have the paolini rule and I like it but I am still awaiting the replacement screws months later.

The Veritas saddle square is one of my favourite marking tools, just to demonstrate that there are alternatives to Woodpeckers.

The Paolini pocket rule is my favorite. I use it all the time. I was lucky to pick up a a spare when I took a class from Greg Paolini

I would say the ones I listed are the most used items (for me), but I do use  a lot of the others too.  The Bar Gauge set is very handy, I do use it more than I thought I would.  When it comes right down to it, what you find is the best to have will depend  on what you build and how you work. The basic squares and rules are  always  going to see use. I would go for those first and add other devices as you like. Kind of depends on what gets offered by Woodpecker's though.

I have a Veritas saddle square too (1 1/2" x 2" ?)   also. I like that one a lot too especially for checking if edges  and faces are square to each other when jointing.

I have got the T Square and love it.  Would love to supply these in the UK, but my attempts to contact the company have been ignored or lost in translation.

I think the dual color set is from about 7 years ago as I had them. Never found any use for them and sold them. I love the other squares and large triangles. Favorites are the 6" carpenters triangle and the 18" carpenters triangle that they make on occasion.

The Woodpecker "gold" color (colour for Peter  Wink) could be more collectible but I think most agree the red they settled on tends to be a bit easier to read the increments.

So my questions to you all are ....
What are you using all the time and couldn't be without ?
What did you buy that you are you not using very often ?
Do you think I need to have both the 600 t square and the 600 framing square now being produced ?
My wish list includes the woodworkers rules, small carpenters squares and 1281 framing square + other small pieces
Sorry to be a bore  I need Help !!
Thanks in advance

Not sure everything you are interested in is currently available in metric?

I would get the 32" T -Square  over the 24" ( 600 ).   The T-Square and Framing square do different functions so if you can get both , get both.

What I use the most......

3" and 6" T-Squares (current One Time offer, in metric too)
      12" T-Square
       32" T-Square
      26" Framing Square (currently unavailable)
12", 24" 36"  Woodworking Rules (skip the 24" if dropping one)
4" and 6" Precision Squares (triangles)

Thank you Seth & Eric
I am getting there slowly but surely
I have managed to get some pieces in the UK but hope to be over your side of the pond in the very near future and am thinking about dimensions for the suitcase !!
Can anybody tell me the actual size of the framing and longer T squares and if you have the MDF surround what size is that ? Bet it is heavy to !
Any further input greatly received I just don't want to get it wrong or miss something !!!
Cheers
