Yikes Bruce is not my style at all. His singing scares the heck out of me, always has. Can you say over rated.

Over rated???  I'm afraid to ask, who is your style?  He's called the boss for a reason.  If you've ever been to one of his shows, usually 4 + hours, you'd be a fan.

Too bad I don't have a few of those tickets.  I'd gladly give them to you, Bob.  I hope you get the tickets you want and that you enjoy his concert.

Thanks Dave. I hope I can get some too! Enoying his concert is never an issue for me though; it's fun all three hours .

I hear you, but he really isn't too "preachy" at his shows; that stuff is about 2 minutes in a 3 hour show..and he does do an awful lot for the NJ Food Banks.

Little Steven needs to find another series on HBO, he is putting on a some weight. He looked like tick about to bust up there.

Still sounded great though.

A few months ago, the BBC showed one of his Seeger Sessions concerts. I can truthfully say that was one of the best music documentaries and live recordings I've had the privilege to enjoy.

Yep, I heard about it, but never saw it - I WILL CHECK IT OUT.  I am going to see him next Thursday at Giant's Stadium, NJ. It's a bit aggravating that when they went on sale I went on-line that very minute and all I COULD GET WERE NOSE BLEED Section tickets. The system is so unbalanced against the average fan and so in favor of the larger ticket buying/scalping agencies it turns me off to the whole concert experience.

Sorry to hear that Bob. I've never had the chance to see him live so the BBC recording was the best I've seen so far. He had something like a 15-piece band with him. The word "hootananny" comes to mind for some reason, but what do I know? Each of them was a fine musician and I particularly enjoyed the drummer who had the minimum equipment on stage but he played superbly.

Yep, with all the $$ floating around, someone had to figure a way to make more; for the most part, that's how these huge ticket supply corporations are doing things theses days.
