That score was quite a reversal of the previous test when Ireland nearly pulled it out of the bag the week before. I think 60-0 marks a transition point for Irish rugby now that the core of the team are almost at their sell-by date. There isn't much new blood coming into the team, certainly not much to worry the All Blacks in the years ahead. I saw a similar thing develop in the Springboks following the retirement of some key players after 2011 RWC. I give new coach Heyneke Meyer and England's coach Stuart Lancaster credit for letting new stock get a game and the 2-1 series win by the Boks bodes well for the coming season for both teams.

I don't know how the Boks will fare against the ABs in the upcoming games against them, the Ozzies, and the Pumas. No doubt the ABs will win the trophy but I suspect it's going to be much closer than we think. Argentina have the chance to greatly improve their game play so I'm looking forward to a good season from all four teams. ABs will win for sure but I have that feeling that the Boks might just do it.
