Couple of weeks ago I purchased a Festool TS 55 circular saw with guide system. I live in Argentina but since I was traveling to the States I had Amazon ship it to a friend’s home and brought the tool to Argentina with me. When I started reading the instructions to learn how to use it, I noticed that the cutting depth stop was frozen, I cannot move it up or down, no matter how hard I try, and I tried everything like pushing it in or laterally, but it will not move. There’s no Festool service in Argentina, and shipping it back would be too costly. Any suggestions? Thank you.
