time to fix?

I don't know if this is the correct place to ask this.

How long does it take to get my TS55 fixed? I sent it via the supplied UPS label Oct 30th.

You should contact Festool directly to check on the status.  Most of the saws are being turned around in just days.  I do not know if there is a different situation with Canada.

It's a much different situation in canada as it all has to go through the us, so you're flip flopping back and forth over the border

Please disregard. The UPS lady arrived 5 minutes ago. It was in an impressive packaging. And a Festool cap to boot!
