When I cutting a formica solid surface (½" thick), during the cut I smell smoke and see some sparks. Then I try to tern one agin and don't do nothing.

And also my TS 55 have a recall.

I am claim the recall for my Ts 55.  What I have to do first? : The recall or send it to repair for guaranty.

I am interested to Exchange my tool for TS 75.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your saw. The priority should be that you get the saw exchanged under our recall. You will have the option to upgrade to the TS 75 as part of the recall without additional charges.

Your saw must have been purchased between May and July of 2013 to be eligible for the recall.
