Sale on Makita Modular Boxes "MakPak"
« on: July 28, 2019, 01:09 AM »
Tyler Tools is taking 20% off 2, 30% off 3 Makita accessories
Boxes are priced as:

Regular Price:                        Sale:
S- 34.98                                  $24.49
M- 37.99                                  $26.59
L- 42.99                                  $30.09
XL- 49.99                                 $34.99

I have a couple of these that came with my tracksaw. They work fine. The latches are very stiff but overall they are cheap alternatives to T-Locs if you need storage for accessories or sanding paper etc...

also some other decent deals if you use some Makita tools. The plunge base for the trim router is $55 and two guide rail connecters (better reviewed than the Festool) can be had for about $30

Tyler Tool is owned by CPO and is generally a clone of the CPO site.
This particular deal is also available at CPO.

At both sites click  Deal Zone in the menu bar then filter for the brand.

Looking at those Makita boxes, surprised to see that the prices at CPO are lower than at Tyler.

Am I missing these prices somewhere? Looks like the large is still priced at $42.99 on both sites (regular "$79.99").

On the note of these boxes, does anyone know where to get specific tool inserts in the US? Looks like a few dealers in the UK carry them, but none that will ship to the US that I've found.

The large (sys3), small (sys1), and nylon bag are the same.

At CPO extra large is $5 less, medium is $2 more.
The big difference is the foam insert, $7 less at CPO.
