Matt, that third photo is one "sweet" solution...pun intended.  Collosusx, I keep three extra Milwaukee 18v batteries in a Mini III...fit perfectly.

It was pretty sweet... Num num num. It's good that you and CollosusX are staying positive  with your charged  Systainers. Smart.

Mario, how are you keeping everything separated? If you have a photo, please share.

I just received them last week. I will make dividers, I believe @Sparktrician post a similar solution for sandpapers and will do pretty much the same for tenons. Will post a picture when done  [smile]

Here the thread I will probably make them with 3 dividers per systainers.

Nothing wrong with a dealer signing up and posting on FOG.  Along with posts for selling in the Sales and Dealer board.

Only five posts, well you gotta start somewhere after you sign up.   [wink]

Dealer participation on FOG has always been encouraged especially when it goes beyond sales into customer service and general help with tool information.

I've been trying to sell Tee Jay and Rich for a while now, but their beards don't seem to be as appealing as one would hope. We ran a poll on Facebook and 69% voted for them though... Not sure what the says.

Zach Burns has been on the Forum since 2007 but hasn't been able to post as much as he would like, so I'm working on being more active. We've also been an Authorized Festool Dealer since 2003 - So that's gotta count for something, right?

Thanks for saying it's cleaver though, appreciate the compliment.

Are you going to be using a template or are you building off your own dimensions? I saw on the other post that people were asking for them.

No real template, as simple as it can get. I have the bottom CNC'ed from Raync file (if I recall correctly) and will attach the dividers to it for easy removal. Right now it's sitting in a corner in my head. No draft yet  [eek]

Isn't that where most soon-to-be-amazing ideas reside? I have a few ruminating myself.  [scratch chin]

I keep my set of Vac Sys heads in their original Systainer on top of my CT 22. The problem is, whenever I place another T-Loc Systainer on top, sooner or later it slides off the top.

I decided to put the Vac Sys heads in the Limited Edition and then I can lock everything down with the T-Locs.

LOL...but Mario, these days I'm relying less on small labels using an 18 font and more on colors of Systainers & T-Locs that I can see from across the room.  [smile]

You're right however, I do need to label that Systainer so that all of my handles match.
