Upstate South Carolina

Hello everyone. I am pretty new to fine woodworking having just started in September 2018. I had mainly done home renovation projects previously and had only built one cabinet worth looking at.

I bought my first Festool in January, an ETS 125 REQ and love it. Then I added a Domino 500 (still trying to learn to use it properly) and will probably be picking up a RO125 and CT Midi this week.

I wish I had bought a Festool track saw instead of a Makita but it will do the job for now. I also own a SawStop which I understand is now owned by Festool.

Welcome to FOG - glad to have you here.

Look forward to seeing some of your projects.  Plenty of help here if you just ask for it!

Echoing Neil’s comments, we all learn and we all grow by viewing other projects. Please don’t be afraid to post photos because that’s the nectar that sustains all of us.  [big grin]

[welcome] to the FOG.
