For posterity, while searching for a 70X125 pad protector (not actually a thing, unfortunately) I stumbled upon the Mirka MIE6515911 hose sleeve:



It looks to be Mirka-branded equivalent to the now-obsolete Festool zippered hose sleeves (referenced elsewhere on this forum here and here). It's designed for their 27mm hose and is half the price of the Festool-branded version. Just in case anyone out there is sticking with the braided hose concept and wishes for a sleeve to contain their hose and power supply cord. NAINA but a crafty web surfer could likely find a Euro source willing to ship across the pond.
