For small routing jobs, I use a trim router with the Veritas table for compact routers. But the Veritas table has no dust collection feature. I finally found a way of dealing with it, using some plumbing fitting ($2 Cdn), a router hood (under $10 Cdn) and some shop supplies:
Over-the-table dust collection:

Under-the-table dust collection:

The Y-connector is made out of a plumbing fitting and some odd shop vac pipes cut to lengths:

Two edge test cuts -- using over-the-table collection only (CT15) / using both over & under-the-table dust collection:

Edit: I don't like the 90* bend in this product, which will reduce the flow:https://www.amazon.ca/Milescraft-1501-Dust-Router-Collection/dp/B083N5VZW8
