Everyone,
Festool is looking for information on which guide bushings people use with their 3 1/4 HP and 2 1/4 HP routers.  The best way to gather this information is in a poll.

Festool is interested in knowing your top four choices.

I've created two polls -- one for 3 1/4 HP and another for 2 1/4 HP routers.  Please vote in each one.

Please feel free to write in any comments or follow-up questions!

Thanks,
Matthew

Looks like we'll have to get a metric version of this poll posted!  Would it be accurate to post a straight conversion from inches to metric?  I'm not sure that would produce actual sizes.  Does anyone know the answer?

Thanks,
Matthew

I don't have any bushings for my OF1400.  I'm interested in getting a Porter-Cable adapter bushing so that I can use the bushings that seem to come standard in every other kit.  Up until now I haven't needed to use any as all of my cuts are either flush-trim or guide-rail.

brandon,
I have added a selection in the poll for people who do not use bushings.
Thanks for making this point.
Matthew

For my vote I entered that I did not use bushings because that is generally true to date.  But I bought a Whiteside inlay kit which comes with a bushing that fits the PC universal adapter supplied with my Festool 1200 router, and I bought a selection of Festool metric snap-in bushings based on reading Jerry Work's booklet on use of Festool's MFS system (still on my "wish list"), and a PC bushing ring kit from Woodcraft, so I can do a variety of pattern work.  The PC style bushings will also work in my JoinTech router table.
