I could not find a consistent name for this item. I have the Lowes set shown below and it works fairly well

It allows me to drill a pilot hole and countersink, then quickly switch and drive the screw home. My only issue is that there is very limited depth control on the drill side. If you set the drill so it only drills a shallow hole, like for a 1 inch screw, the end of the drill sticks too far out the back side of the countersink and you can't put it back in the holder.

It seems hard to find these. I have seen the Dewalt and Makita and the Montana. I can't tell if any allow you to shorted the drill bit depth of cut.

Anyone have good experience with something like this.

As always, thanks for your input

Craftsman offered these years ago, don't know if they still do. I think Ryobi has one similar.
Don't know if any of them are interchangeable though at first glance they appear the same.

I've had a Makita version for 10-15 years.  I hard ever use mine.  Not because it is not useful but because I usually just use multiple drivers.

FWIW, I have the Craftsman version from Sears, but I too, prefer to use two drills instead.
