I’m starting a project involving a 6 drawer dresser. It will have to be moved so break down connectors are a requirement. I have the full set of connectors for the 500 and 700 Dominos and plan to use the 500 set.

I did a test joint to be sure I had the process down pat. I noticed the directions call for a 8mm by 30mm tenon. I didn’t have any so just cut down a longer one.

I don’t see 8mm by 30mm tenons on the Festool site.

What am I missing?

Echoing the exact same thoughts... I'm also building a dresser drawer. I do have the 500 connectors.  So thought i'd use them. But moving the contents and drawers is going to take time and space (boxes). So decided to build the dresser fixed with mitered corners,  and move the dresser as is with the drawers when i move. It's going to be 5 ft long and might pose a challenge going down the stairs (is what i thought) . Checked with a friend who is a mover and he said it should not be an issue. So decided to build it without connectors. Just wanted to share these thoughts.

What directions, where?

There is a 8x36 yeah, also supplied in the 8mm connector Systainer.

I called Highland Woodworking and they had the 8x36 tenons. I was referring to the directions included with the Festool connector kit.
