They are just restricting BBC TV and properly you cant watch  ITV or 4OD either and any other I have not mentioned.
I wanted to watch some simpsons years ago on a american website but because I wasnt in the USA it wouldnt let me play it.

Yes. But here in England we pay TV licence if BBC lets every one around the world watch  how do they get money from you?!?!
