A new dust extraction product that will work well with the CTs in tight space?

But it is unknown how this low profile lid performs compared to the original DD or DD2.5 (which has the neutral vane design).

I wonder how well it works? I came so close to buying a CT-VA-20 earlier this week, but no one local had one in stock. The old adage "You can't sell from empty shelves" sure burned them all this time. I would have bought it from any of them.... No retailer in a city of 1M people stocks this?
This was a continuation of a job that I worked on a few weeks ago. I knew another phase was coming up, but having been on vacation the week before, I didn't know when. I could have ordered one in, but put it off too long, mostly because of my storage situation. I guess I could attach it to the CT15? Bag size isn't that important with a separator, but I try to keep that one more mobile.
I would have gone for it, but nothing. I used 3 bags in a matter of a couple of hours. That's a total of at least 10 on this one job alone. I normally use 2 a month, not 3 in an afternoon.

Looks very interesting, hopefully someone will do a comparison....Peter Parfitt, you listening?

The CT-15 doesn't have the Systainer dock, so I don't see how you attach the CT-VA 20 to it.

It doesn't necessarily have to be attached, to the machine itself, just close enough for the hose to reach.
In the situation I was referring to this time, the CT26 would be better anyway. It has the bluetooth remote. I have separated the CT from the router, as far as the electronics are concerned. I'm not 100% sure that the combined draw was the source of the premature brush failure in the router, but in the spirit of damaging neither of them, no more.
Back when I had the brush problems, the breaker would blow on heavier cuts. I really don't know which was the chicken and which was the egg? But I haven't had a problem since isolating them to separate circuits. (after brush replacement)
