A new padded area for (other tools and accesories) discussions

How about a padded room where members could discuss the shortcomings of their tool purchases. this could be sited away from the main forum area,so not to disturb anyone...

Err, no they haven't - you've just posted in it!

The only section of the forum that has been removed, which Justin may be referring to, was an area for discussing topics like politics and other "hot topics" and was only accessible to members by request. This is a woodworking/power tool forum not a political forum so it was removed.  Before it was removed, I polled members to make sure the majority was in favor of doing so.  Every effort has been made to ensure that members control the direction of this forum, including the appointment of member-moderators.

Here's the section of the forum for discussing reviews of tools other than Festool.
