The height of this table is 900mm. It has loads of saw kerfs, drill holes, router edge tests etc all over it. A 3m rail slices up 8' x 4' sheets on this as well as many other processes where it's very handy having a sacrificial top.
Underneath the 15mm MDF top is a 8' x 4' x 1" plywood worktop with 275 x 20mm holes made with an LR-32 system, this has a 100mm tall MDF base so all Festool clamps can be used or any kind of clamp round the sides.
Underneath this MFT type worktable there is a torsion box assembly table. In this photo the MFT is on saw horses in front to create a 8' x 8' assembly table.
Or they can be moved apart to make an even bigger table or just as 2 separate work surfaces.
