I must be better at building stuff than I am at the computer!  I cannot make the abrasives search tool work.  Nothing happens when I try to "Select my sander".  A black box appears around the sander but nothing else.  What am i missing??

I tried again...nope just stays black.  I am pretty sure my computer was on the Mayflower so....
Thanks though.

Hm, that's frustrating. I can't help you with how to make the tool work but if you tell me what sander you have and what you were trying to use it for I could post the results back for you.

Installing some wainscoting, pre-primed finger jointed 1x's.  Don't want to clog up the paper with the "factory primer"  Going to repaint with airless when it is all installed.  Using RO150.
Thanks~

Either Granat or Brilliant would be the way to go then.

"Granat is our most long-lasting and highest performing abrasive and is well suited for nearly all applications, including bare wood, paints, most modern paint systems, VOC clear coats, plastic materials, solid surface materials, acrylics, and composites. Hardened Aluminum Oxide, Synthetic Resin, Closed Coated.

Brilliant is perfect for paint, fillers, primers and finishes like lacquers and varnishes; its antistatic coating is compatible with water-based products. Aluminum Oxide, Synthetic Resin, Closed Coated."

I personally only have Granat. We do mostly interior remodeling, a small amount of cabinet building, and just a general variety of tasks. Haven't tried anything else yet but since we travel about all the time and do a variety of finish's or bare wood sanding, I went with Granat. Been very very pleased so far.

No problem. In reading the description again it seems like you would definitely want to use Granat since you're sanding through primer to get to bare wood and not just sanding a coating.

You probably need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser to use the search tool on the website.

Hello, IT.  Have you tried turning it off and on again?

What OS and browser are you using? I'll try to replicate the problem if you tell me some details.

Also I can do a remote session of tech support if you want? PM me...

I don't what an OS I have, or  browser, not a tech guy at all!!  I know my computer is old so that is probably why it is not working...All of that said I got my new RO150 yesterday!! YAHOO it is the best sander I have ever used!!  I am so impressed with it, I have been just looking for rough stuff to sand down.  Thanks for the suggestions on the paper, I went ahead and bought the Granat paper and it is working fine on the current project.  Maybe if I can figure it out, I will post my first ever picture online.  Thanks guys for all the help, I am pretty sure my blood is running green right now.

Sorry for the delay in responding. The abrasives search tool may not work on really old web browsers. It has been tested back to Internet Explorer 8, if memory serves.
