Angle of V-groove on top of MFT3

I'm looking for two things.........

The angle of the V-groove on top of the side of a MFT3 table so I can make my own "spline" to go down into it (set angle on table saw, rip one way, flip it around, rip the other way and I have my V), or,

Anyone manufacture these yet for use when building homemade jigs?  I'd much rather purchase a machined piece that I can screw onto my piece rather than making my own out of wood and glueing.

45 degrees, and not that I'm aware of although there are various Festool accessories that use the V pattern for mounting so you could order Festool spare parts depending on your requirements.

The angle inside the V-channel is actually 90°, canted 45° from horizontal (or vertical).

I use a 45% router bit to make mine out of 1" HDPE.

It certainly appears that Fastcap is also using HDPE for the bracket fitting.

If you're used to Festool prices, it shouldn't be too expensive to have some aluminium pieces machined at your local metal shop.

Some good stuff, that's what it is.

I also keep it in stock for jigs. My saw matching jig is HDPE.

I was not driving. I'm a driver trainer for Hogan Transportation. My trainee was driving. I can get in a quick message or two while he's at the wheel. The longer ones, like my original, are done at my deliveries and when the truck is not in motion.
