I recently ordered from bob for the first time.  The service was great and i received the packages promptly. I ususally try to purchase locally but if they don't have things in stock then they take forever to get the order in.  So bob will be my new favorite option!

Finally got a chance to go through all the goodies.  a box of Platin 2's had to be shipped directly from Festool as Bob was out of stock but he was nice enough to include 1 pad, gratis.  Very nice!

I just bought my first Festool products: a Domino, a Systainer tenon assortment and a CT33 and bought them from Bob.   

No muss, no fuss and extremely quick turnaround on the order - from NJ to the Chicago area.  I'd buy from him again in a heartbeat.
