I had my first opportunity to experience Festool's service department when the battery on my Syslite stopped holding a charge.  Out and back in exactly 7 days and it works great now.

I have to echo Pete's comments on the Festool USA Service. I sent my MFK 700 to the Indiana facility on a Friday. It was returned to me the following Friday. They replaced the electronic module in it. The only bad thing was this router was used only once before I had to return it for service so that kinda didn't sit well with me. But now she's fixed and up and running.
