Another True32/LR 32 question

I'm attempting to build a cabinet to the True32 system, using 18mm plywood and 608mm side panels (has to be 608ish given the space it has to occupy).  My plan (ill-conceived) was to fill the entire height of the cabinet with drawers, the faces of which would be various increments of 32 (minus reveal).  And when i went to layout the Blum Tandem slides that I had already ordered...you all know how that went.

So, i've scanned through FOG and other sites and have found the workarounds but I really would rather use the system as intended, with 16 and 32mm end stops.)

Finally getting to the question: which  bottom mount slides are people using with the True32/LR 32 system that fill a balanced panel evenly, with no wasted (valuable) space?

Setting up to do a bunch of system holes on all drawer base cabinets is a waste of time even if your cabinet height is a True 32 increment.  First of all, Blum recommends 5 screws when attaching a 100lb rated Tandem glide.  I use story panels referenced from the bottom to locate the glides  and screw them on before assembling the case.  It is good to use a centering bit a drill a little pilot hole.  You have total control of glide placement.  That bottom glide can sit right on the deck.

In fact, I don't use my LR32 on base cabinets at all.  I have a little plastic jig with it's centering bit.  And I use story sticks so the hinges and the shelf support holes are matched.

Don't forget the 9.5mm setting.  Size your case height at 19mm 38mm + the number of 32mm increments you need to get to the desired height.  The 19mm 38mm represents one two thicknesses of 19mm material (top or and bottom).  You can always pad from the bottom by creating a toekick to provide any needed adjustments.

All the soft close undermounts I've seen, Grass, Salice, Blum all have pretty much the same hole patterns. 

Blum published a system called Process32.  It is not a balanced system but it is optimized for Tandem and Solo glides. 

Side panel height, drawer side height, drawer front height, location of stretchers, everything is planned out.

The down side is that it's not compatible with the longitudinal stops that come with the LR32.  You can make your own.
