Any idea what this set screw and spring are from? (DF-500 delivery)

Got my Recon Domino today.  UPS did their usual "Ace Ventura" impression with the package delivery, so almost nothing was where it belonged in the systainer...

These were rolling around in the box outside of the systainer.  Any idea if they're even for the Domino and where they might have fallen out of if they belong?

There was also an empty bag in the systainer, with a part number on it.

I picked up the systainer again and heard more parts rattling around inside the systainer; it was two paddles and an 8mm wrench.

That explains that, I suppose.  Now to look and see if I can find out what was supposed to be in that bag and if I found everything...

Mine was still sealed, and it has:

• Two black paddles
• One spring
• One screw
• One instruction sheet

The wrench goes in the slot in the front left corner of the Systainer insert.

Looks like mine's just missing the instructions, which may have pointed me in the direction of what should have been there.  As a recon, it already had the bit installed, so at least I didn't need the wrench immediately.
