I ordered 4 Bessy parallel clamps on Black Friday from Zoro, three of them came in one shipment all nicely boxed, then the fourth one arrived today. The pictures show exactly how it was delivered, I haven't opened any packaging, and yes it was broken - there are loose black plastic bits waiting to find a hole in the plastic. I called them and they wanted me to ship it back before sending a replacement - I told them there was nothing to ship it back in unless they want to send me a box. He decided to just have me dispose of it. Then the next news was that the replacement is on backorder. I'll admit that this was a purchase just because they were on sale so I'm not really in a rush, but it still bugs me that this happened on my first purchase with them. I can't blame UPS for damaging it since it had no real packaging, I'm actually surprised that UPS even accepted it.
