AP 55 track

Hello! Found this fine forum when searching for info about an old Festo circular saw.
Question: I was offered an AP 55. It's base is clearly prepared for a track, but will this saw fit the current tracks? Or were they different way back when this saw was made?

The early tracks were different. The later tracks have an extra T slot on top, on the RHS of the track.

I have an 85 and it fits on both track types.

There is a fellow on the forum from christianholvn I think. So you may be able to try a rail.

Festo AT 55 will fit both rails.

I ended up buying the Metabo KS55FS instead, a nice and compact circular saw, that fits the Festool rails and suits my needs. Metabo also makes their own guide rails, but for some reason they are much more expensive here than the Festool ones.
