I am modifying my router table to fit my table saw, and was thinking about using angle iron to attach to my saw, anybody got a better suggestion?

I just won an auction of 8020 1010 extrusion that I am planning to use for this purpose. I haven't decided if I will drill new holes in the rail to get the spacing correct, or use the current hole pattern and spacers between the 1010 and bottom of table.

Www.Incra.com has a sweet system ts-ls system, you can olso buy just the rails for mounting. I have this system and love it

What ever you chose, make certain you allow for adjustment / refinement in your model.

Did you complete this combination in the end?  If so, how do you find it. I've seen few setups like this on youtube videos.

I have been contemplating the same idea on the basis that it would be better on space and give me more table top area.  I imagine the downside is that you will most likely have to dismantle the router fence etc when using the saw.  I also imagine there will be times when you want to move straight from the saw to a previously setup router operation.

The Incra stuff is sweet.  I almost sprung for it several times.  My only issue with table saw mounted routers is that they are too low.  At 6'3"  it's about a foot too low for me.
