Just received my 1900/2 (as part of TS75 kit), left at the doorstep by the purple people, and the box is torn up and the rail inside bent at 1/3 length (probably can't be corrected to perfect IMHO though I haven't taken it out of the box to try). I've of course contacted my dealer and will likely hear back tomorrow, but in the meantime I'm curious what's usually the course of action here? Dealer ships a new one? Festool ships a new one?
