Bath Tub Surround Caulk Color

Remodeling our bathroom and just finished tile & grout. We used Mapei Light Almond grout and have a white tub. I know it's probably personal preference but what color caulk should I use at the ceiling and tub? I was going to just match the grout but watching some YT videos I see some use white at the ceiling and around the tub. Any help welcome.

I've color matched the grout between the tub and the tile in the limited number of bathrooms I've done (7). You'll want to match in the corners, so will have that tube anyway.
