Merry Christmas folks,
Just received a kit I ordered in March! Sort of like an unplanned x-mas gift for myself! (thanks Covid). Also got a new OSC 18. To keep it brief, I now own several different generations of chargers and batteries and was wondering if anyone has a sticky thread somewhere where the basics are explained, sort of like the one started for Vecturo blades. I did some searching but have always found the search function here cumbersome at best. Happy to go to other sites as well but a google search basically brought up nothing but ads. Thanks in advance for any directions.
 
There is not such a tread I think, never seen it. There is not so much to know about the basics of batteries and chargers, they're fairly simple. What do you want to know, we're always happy to answer your questions.
 
All festool li-Ion batteries can be charged with any charger below. And from top to bottom faster charging exists. With the SCA8 providing the quickest charge IF you have airstream batteries.
