Battery charger problem

I have a Festool drill that uses a Li-Ion  10.8v battery. I have had it for years but it has only been used sporadically. Well today I went to use it and after a while the battery wore down. I replaced the battery TRC 3 charger and noticed the light was a solid yellow. It should be green when a battery has been placed into it. I checked both batteries and with either one in it, it just stayed yellow.
This causes me to think my charger is kaput.  I tried to look for a replacement and the only thing I could find was a dealer in Australia.  There were several on E-Bay, at over $110. I am uncomfortable buying there.

Does anyone know of a replacement Festool charger for Li-Ion 10.8v???

The first Festool drill I bought many years ago was a CSX. I still use it a lot. Two years ago, the charger died. I replaced the charger and bought two of the new batteries. The new batteries fit the old drill. They don’t have the vertical piece that fits up inside the handle. I think the new batteries have a longer run time. The only negative is that the batteries are wider than the old ones and don’t fit inside the Sustainer mounted on the drill.

The OP talks about charging the battery on a TRC 3 charger so I presume he has a C12 or T12 drill, not a CSX or TSX. I think the TCL 6 is the modern equivalent of the TRC 3 charger but someone who knows more then me will probably confirm that.
