I've placed 3 orders with John Krumrey of Beavertools.com in the last months and service was way beyond what I was expecting from a festool dealer.
Orders contained Freud miter saw blades, dominos, CT22, ETS125, one MFT/3........ than another MFT/3 this week !
John took care personally of everything. Every order was delivered in less than a week ; and the most important thing was that John was able to take care of every little things that could happen when you order online. For example, one of the aluminium channels of the 1st MFT was damaged in transit. As soon as I told him about what happened, he ordered a replacement which i 've received in less than a week! I strongly recommand him for anyone buying festools or any other brand for that matter.
