We are finally closing on an old "Ossipoff" (http://www.honoluluacademy.org/ossipoff/) house here in Hawaii that needs a bunch of TLC. It is single wall construction of redwood tongue and groove and we will need to do exterior painting and interior staining. I have a Rotex 150, DTS 400, ETS 150 and am considering either a Deltex 93 "or" FEIN Multimaster for corners and detail work. If you were to recommend "one" sander to buy which one would compliment what I already have? I previously posted a topic on the Deltex vs. FEIN and I'm leaning towards the FEIN as I've got other nasty jobs that it would handle.

So, which sander would you recommend? Yes, sander(s) is the correct answer :-) I know!

If you already got other jobs in mind, the Fein should be it. It's simple because the Deltex can only sand so it's no comparison.

But if it comes to sanding alone, the Deltex wins by a mile. I am the proud owner of a Deltex now for two weeks, and I've used it extensively already, and all I can say is: it rocks.  This thing makes quick work of all your corners.

I have both, the DX 93 and a MM.  I have not really used the MM for any sanding tasks.  The DX 93 is a fantastic sander, a bit pricey for what it does but, It sand better IMO than the MM.  Now I just leave the cutters on the MM and sand with the DX.
