Best tool for chasing out stone and brick walls prior to re-wire?

Hi

I would appreciate any advice as to what tool would be best for wall chasing out?  I looked at the DSC AG125 (with dust extraction shroud) and the battery version AGC18 but would appreciate any advice.  I am doing a full house (3 story) re-wire so I thought using something such as these tools would save consideable tome compared to using a SDS drill and scrutch chisel!

I've got one of thesehttps://www.screwfix.com/p/titan-ttb293wch-150mm-1700w-electric-wall-chaser-230-240v/80530 with a good vacuum it dosent produce too much stray dust. Cuts both sides of the channel at the same time. At £85 its a bargain.

You can certainly pay an awful lot more for a dedicated chaser, but as a one-off or occasional use tool that price takes a lot of beating!
