Bluetooth Remote Control fob

Lately my remote control fob (that wraps onto the hose) is being super flaky. I’ve tried changing the battery but no improvement in operation. Are there any troubleshooting things I can try? Or do I go buy a new one?

I called customer service when mine was acting up and one of the reps walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone and then ultimately had me send it in. That said, there seem to be no new/replacement ones available; I've been waiting since February...

Good to know I’m not alone. Sad that your replacement is taking so long. I guess I should probably try calling them as well and get ‘on the list’ if possible. I really rely on having that remote. It a little thing, but it’s huge on my usability list.

As many have said long before me, don't know what you have until it's gone, in this case bluetooth on a vacuum. I use mine all the time even in the home shop
