Bold Hardware/drawerslides.com??

Hi guys.  I've used drawerslides.com (Bold hardware) for a few years with great satisfaction.  However this last month I'm having difficulty getting a paid order delivered.  I've tried all available means of contact (email, phone, etc) with no answer from Bold hardware.

Have any of you guys used drawerslides.com recently?  If so, your results?

To be very clear, I certainly do not mean this post to beat up on Bold, I'm really just looking for some insight that I may be missing... Are they still around?

Out of curiosity I googled reviews for them.

Not looking good at all, BBB gave them an F and many folks are posting the same issues you are.
